We have an in-house legal and industrial relations department which is able to provide both ourselves and you with legal advice, if required.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
We can offer you the opportunity to train your staff members in our range of training options, under the Group's training and development service portfolio. We are an accredited SETA training provider, so you can claim the money you spend on training your staff against your monthly SDL contributions.
B-BBEE RATING
As a specialist business division of The Workforce Group, Accotech's Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment credentials are measured through the Group's rating process. The Group has been awarded an AA (level 3) B-BBEE rating by BEE Online. This level represents a score between 75% and 85% compliance to the black economic empowerment targets set for the generic DTI scorecard. This enables you to account for 110% of your spend with us on your B-BBEE scorecard.
